Inspiration: Doug Savage’s webcomic ’Savage Chickens.’
When I picture meeting fellow Vancouver artist Doug Savage, in my head it goes something like this: “Omg… Wait. Wait. You’re Doug Savage? Doug Savage? Omg….Ooooooooomg. I….I’m sorry, I don’t mean to pull a big fat fangirl on you, but -I AM SUCH A HUGE FAN!!!!11!!1!!!!!!one1!!” And what’s worse is it’s only a matter of time, I’ve read on his blog that I’ve only just missed him at this event and that, as I move into the art scene the degrees of separation melt away. God help my dignity. If I can keep from asking him to sign my boobs I will still be able to look at myself in the mirror… but I guess I should stop carrying around that emergency black felt marker for incase I meet Doug Savage.
